Lazy Cow Media LLC is hiring a full-time sales professional to grow real estate agent partnerships. You will handle warm leads, conduct 15-minute consultations, gather payment details, and push deals to onboarding.

Expect high-energy daily activity, 50+ dials, and a performance-driven culture with training, scripts, and CRM support. Base salary and commission structure reward consistent closers, with room to renegotiate based on performance.

Our sales team helps real estate agents grow their business with exclusive leads. We handle the marketing and schedule the appointments. You just show up, bring the energy, and close the deal.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• No cold calling – Every call is with a person who gave us their information and asked to be contacted
• 15-minute phone consultations – Call real estate agents, walk them through our process, and collect payment details.
• Follow-ups – Stay on top of your pipeline and work follow-ups and no-shows.
• Close the deal – Confirm payment and schedule their onboarding call.
• Full-time only – This is NOT a side gig. If you can’t commit 100%, don’t bother applying.
• Coachable & Hungry – We’ll give you the training, scripts, CRM, and support you need. You just need to execute.
• Relentless Work Ethic – 50+ dials per day isn’t easy. This role requires high-focus and high-energy.
• Competitive & Driven – You love winning and can’t stand losing.
• Confident & Persuasive – You know how to lead a conversation, build trust fast, and ask for the close.

Compensation (For Those Who Can Close):

• Base Salary: $800/month (paid on the 1st and the 15th)
• Commission: 20% on our $100 offer ($20 per set appointment)
• Typical Earnings: $2,500 - $3,000/month (base + commissions)
• Base can be renegotiated after 60 days for proven top performers
