Certexamdb is looking for a Manager of International Payroll to lead a regional payroll team and ensure compliance across APAC countries. The candidate will oversee payroll processes, including daily adjustments and tax processing, while providing subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong operational oversight and adaptability to changing regulations. A salary range of 3,300,000 INR - 4,000,000 INR per year is offered.

Formación

• 6+ years in international payroll operations, particularly in EOR and HR Tech.
• 2+ years managing a regional or international payroll team.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations across multiple APAC countries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a regional payroll team ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee payroll processes including tax processing and statutory remittances.
• Design and implement workflows for regional execution.
