Moffatt & Nichol is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Colombia office. You will process invoices, payments, and expense reports with growing independence, applying established procedures under general supervision and escalating exceptions as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience, ERP proficiency, strong Excel skills, and clear communication. Occasional travel and a pre-employment background check per NIST 800-171 are anticipated.

Formación

• 3–5 years of AP or accounting clerical experience.
• Experience with ERP or AP systems preferred.
• Proficient in ERP or AP system for invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, check requests, garnishments, and tax payments, confirming appropriate approvals are in place.
• Code invoices, vouchers, and expense reports to correct GL accounts; match purchase orders to invoices and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor payments (check, ACH, credit card) and handle vendor correspondence by phone and email.
• Reconcile processed work and maintain historical payment records.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses.
