Oneglobal Broking Ltd is seeking a junior Operations Analyst to support the end-to-end issuance, validation, and closing processes in a learning-focused role within reinsurance operations.

You will assist in slips and endorsements, risk data entry, and revenue close while developing Excel skills and English proficiency; a degree in business or related fields is preferred and no prior reinsurance experience is required.

Formación

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields
• Experience in reinsurance is not required but exposure to operations, back-office, or insurance is a plus
• Strong emphasis on Excel within Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Proactive approach to learning and seeking assistance
• Ability to organize and focus on details

Responsabilidades

• Support the analysis of slips and endorsements from reinsurers
• Assist in preparing coverage notes and endorsements to coverage notes
• Support verification of risk information in the reinsurance system
• Assist in issuing debit and credit notes (DN/CN)
• Enter risk information into control spreadsheets
• Support organization of documents for monthly revenue closing
• Flag questions, inconsistencies, or delays to the Mid-level/Senior Analyst
