Lean Solutions Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented Air Freight Pricing Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience in air freight operations or pricing. The role requires a solid foundation in air import/export procedures, Incoterms, and freight pricing, and the ability to manage end-to-end shipment processes from pickup to delivery.

Proficiency with Excel, precise calculations, and careful review of pricing data are essential.

Qualificações

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in air freight pricing or operations.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end shipment processes from pickup to delivery.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and air freight fundamentals (imports/exports).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review air freight quotations based on shipment needs.
• Analyze airline rate structures and calculate chargeable weight accurately.
• Develop pricing for airport-to-airport and door-to-door shipments.
• Review import/export requirements and the full shipment process.
• Apply Incoterms correctly in pricing reviews.
• Identify surcharges such as fuel and security.
• Coordinate with airlines/carriers to obtain rates and negotiate pricing.
• Use Excel to organize pricing data and perform calculations.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and free of discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely pricing information.
• Meet deadlines with high accuracy.
