The right candidate will build this practice from the ground up, working closely with the CEO to design curriculum, execute go-to-market strategies, and establish a robust instructor network.

The ideal leader will have a strong background in creating educational programs, fluency in AI tools, and experience in building teams in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish or French highly preferred.

Formación

• Experience building programs or ventures from inception.
• Genuine interest and experience in education and training.
• Fluency in AI tools and understanding of business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop training curriculum on AI applications.
• Implement commercial strategy for client acquisition.
• Recruit and manage instructors for AI training programs.
• Establish technology for delivering training effectively.
• Lead the practice and track performance goals.
