Plutus21 Capital, L.L.C. in Bogotá seeks an AI & Marketing Analytics Operations Manager to build AI, automation, data, and reporting capabilities powering Marketing. You will create production-ready AI agents and reporting solutions to turn fragmented information into trusted insights.

The role requires designing attribution models, evolving the reporting ecosystem across channels, and delivering executive readouts with actionable recommendations.

Formación

• Five or more years in Marketing or Revenue Analytics or related field.
• Experience building AI-driven reporting solutions with modern AI technologies and production-ready AI applications.
• Knowledge of multiple attribution models and ability to explain strengths/limitations.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing reporting and campaign measurement.
• Knowledge of Salesforce reporting structures and data-quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, insight identification, and recurring business readouts.
• Design, ship, and maintain AI agents, skills, and applications that automate marketing processes and campaign execution, and enable data interrogation for trends and actions.
• Own and evolve Marketing's reporting ecosystem across channels (paid, digital, web, email, events, ABM, lifecycle, organic).
• Design attribution models to guide channel investment decisions and buyer journey.
• Establish measurement frameworks, reporting standards, and KPI definitions for consistent decision-making.
• Build executive-ready reporting linking channel/campaign performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Lead leadership readouts highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data definitions and shared measures.
