Vertu Agent in Bogotá seeks a proactive, AI-savvy operator to serve as a trusted right hand to the founder across three ventures. This is not a traditional EA or VA; you will turn ideas into execution, research, plan, and drive projects forward.

You will use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini to research, organize information, and optimize workflows. Strong English (C1/C2) and ability to work independently with limited supervision are essential.

Formación

• Experience in Executive Assistance, Operations, Project Coordination, or Founder Support.
• Proven ability to work with a founder or senior executive.
• Strong initiative and independent work style.
• Ability to research, plan, and execute with limited instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level executive and operational support to the founder across multiple ventures.
• Turn broad ideas into clear action plans and next steps.
• Use AI tools extensively for research, planning, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Research unfamiliar topics and identify practical solutions and resources.
• Coordinate multiple projects, manage priorities and deadlines.
• Support new business initiatives, digital projects, and campaigns.
