Hired is seeking a skilled ML/NLP engineer to advance Zara, our AI-powered recruitment tool for candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will design and optimize models, build NLP-backed backends, and integrate with ATS and HR platforms, ensuring scalable, ethical AI practices.

You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to improve training data and model performance while deploying in production across cloud environments.

Formación

• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks.
• Strong NLP background with spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Experience building scalable AI systems in production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize ML models for Zara’s matching accuracy.
• Develop backend for NLP tasks like resume parsing and job description analysis.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and third-party platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine training data and evaluate models.
• Ensure privacy and ethical AI standards in recruitment workflows.
