Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered products and automation workflows.
• Strong experience working with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent models.

We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect who will help us build the next generation of AI-powered systems that drive efficiency, automation, and exceptional customer experiences.

Position Overview

This is not a research role. This is a builder role.

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Solutions Architect who can identify business problems, architect solutions, and rapidly deploy AI-powered applications, automations, and workflows across the company.

You will work directly with leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve how we source talent, evaluate candidates, onboard clients, manage operations, support account management, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with execution, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and capable of turning ideas into working systems quickly.

Build AI Products & Intelligent Workflows

You’ll architect and deploy AI‑powered applications that solve real business problems and create operational leverage across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying AI agents and automation systems that improve business performance.
• Building AI‑powered recruiting solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Creating intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance.
• Developing internal productivity tools that improve decision‑making and efficiency.
• Identifying manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI.

Engineer Scalable Solutions

You’ll own the technical architecture behind our AI initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Writing clean, scalable, production‑ready code.
• Designing secure APIs and integrations across our technology ecosystem.
• Building end‑to‑end systems leveraging LLMs, workflow orchestration platforms, databases, and third‑party applications.
• Conducting code reviews and establishing engineering best practices.
• Ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and built for scale.

Drive AI Innovation

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just implement AI—they actively push the organization forward.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models.
• Prototyping and testing new approaches to increase productivity and automation.Partnering with leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
• Staying at the forefront of AI advancements and bringing innovative solutions into production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered products and automation workflows.
• Strong experience working with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent models.
• Advanced proficiency with:
  • Python
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and systems thinking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions.
• Experience building AI agents and multi‑agent systems.
