Simple Life is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational backbone of our Creative Production team, covering performance marketing on Meta, Google, Applovin, and TikTok. You will transform scattered workflows into a scalable system powered by clear processes and automation.

Formación

• Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Comfortable with performance metrics and data reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Experience building processes, documentation, and operational systems from scratch.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Build clear and scalable processes: core workflows, documentation, onboarding, and communication flows.
• Keep the team organized: coordinate rhythm, planning, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration across producers, strategists, and platform teams.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work: status tracking, reminders, reporting, and documentation.
• Partner with AI and MarTech teams to build smarter, scalable workflows.
