Kraken is seeking an experienced engineer to build and govern the AI tooling platform, enabling scalable, secure access to AI capabilities across the enterprise. You will partner with Compliance, Traders, and Backend Engineers to deliver practical, secure AI solutions.

You will own integration gateways, implement identity controls, and develop reusable tooling while driving enablement sessions and documenting best practices for model releases and governance.

Formación

• Must have hands-on software development experience with Python or similar languages.
• Experience building and operating AI or LLM platforms in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of identity, access, and security controls (OAuth, SCIM, SSO).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway as an engineering surface, including onboarding, authentication flows, reliability, and vendor escalation.
• Build internal tooling that extends the platform with reusable components and automation.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls across the AI estate, including monthly reconciliations.
• Implement technical controls for data handling, retention, and model eligibility with identity and workspace configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to unblock workflows and deliver practical capabilities.
• Lead technical enablement activities and maintain comprehensive runbooks and knowledge base material.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end including provisioning and vendor configurations.
