AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design and evolve the knowledge graph, governance, and RAG pipelines, while coordinating with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

This role emphasizes scalable, secure, and production-ready capabilities across cross-functional teams. You will partner with SMEs to craft AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows, and translate strategy into actionable designs

Formación

• Six plus years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Produced production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations with MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to distinguish retrieval quality issues and prioritize fixes by impact.
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, configuration, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions with autonomy.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the enterprise context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and convert gaps into a prioritized backlog of fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with source-system permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new use cases.
• Enable functional groups to curate their own context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Implement data retention and sensitive-data handling controls with security/compliance teams.
• Flag elevated data access needs early and route to security for review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
