AgileEngine seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to architect and refine the knowledge graph grounding our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design schemas, curate context, and oversee retrieval quality to improve agent responses and maintain production-grade integrations with MCP, function calling, and RAG.

You will partner with SMEs to build, test, and maintain AI agents and workflows, ensure scalability, security, and governance, and drive cross-team improvements in reliability and cost

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead.
• Designed/owned knowledge graph or enterprise context architecture end-to-end.
• Production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Distinguish wrong retrieval vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes by impact.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems-administration background: IAM, configuration, monitoring, incident response.
• Experience across multiple business functions and turning questions into reusable checklists.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to catch intent gaps and turn findings into prioritized backlogs.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build/maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with source permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for cross-team use.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation for agent output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants.
• Apply access-management and incident response best practices; troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Implement controls for data retention and sensitive data in partnership with security.
• Flag elevated access needs early and route to security.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
