AgileEngine in Pereira, RIS, is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and own the knowledge graph and enterprise context used to ground search and agent responses. You will integrate with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other AI assistants, and drive evaluation, governance, and scalable patterns.

Formación

• 6+ years of development experience and hands-on tech lead skills.
• Designed or owned enterprise knowledge graph / retrieval architecture.
• Produced production-quality AI agents, skills or integrations using MCP, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Ability to identify retrieval errors and prioritize fixes by impact.
• Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tooling in enterprise SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and continuously improve the context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and turn findings into a prioritized backlog of fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with subject-matter experts to design, build, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for internal use by other teams.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for output quality, reliability, and safety.
