Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client websites and digital projects, coordinating design, development, and QA to meet client goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scopes and timelines, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality, with a focus on AI-enabled growth capabilities. The role requires 2-4 years agency experience and knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 2–4 years agency experience.
• 1–3 years managing website development and design projects.
• Strong knowledge of web design trends and UX.
• Experience with WordPress and Shopify.
• Able to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience leading teams of 10+.

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: main contact for clients, regular meetings and updates.
• Project Oversight: plan, execute, and monitor projects with cross-functional teams.
• Communication: clearly share status, updates, and recommendations with clients and teams.
• POD Coordination & Alignment: coordinate across the pod, assign tasks to designers and developers.
• Client Portfolio: manage 37+ MRR or 10–25 clients per pod.
• Client Retention: maintain 85% MRR retention.
• Team Support: step in to lead as AM across other accounts when needed.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
