Power Digital Marketing in Colombia seeks an Associate Director of Search Experience to lead a pod of search professionals, guide strategy across SEO, GEO/AEO, and AI-driven initiatives, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

You will mentor a team, manage accounts as needed, contribute to new business and product evolution, and leverage the Nova ecosystem to automate analysis while focusing on judgment and relationships.

Formación

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, 3+ in an agency.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on search experience.
• 3+ years of team management and development planning.
• Strong understanding of search’s role in the marketing funnel.
• Knowledge of GEO/AEO and AI search behaviors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a pod of search experience professionals, including 2-4 direct reports.
• Provide executive-level oversight for client accounts within the pod and act as Account Director when needed.
• Support audits, pitches, and opportunity identification for new business.
• Own product quality for the pod through QA processes and drive product evolution in GEO/AEO and AI search.
• Recruitment and talent development to grow the team and capabilities.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to automate repetitive analysis and free time for strategy.
