Jeeves is seeking a data‑driven RevOps analyst to connect sales activity with revenue outcomes through robust analytics and scalable dashboards. You will own the data integrity of performance metrics and surface insights to shape GTM decisions.

You will collaborate with the Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and incentive analyses across multiple channels and regions.

Formación

• 2–4 years in Revenue Operations or related GTM analytics.
• Proven Tableau dashboard development from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience integrating CRM (HubSpot) with downstream reporting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation modeling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards tracking performance across partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment.
• Provide interpretation and recommendations when programs underperform or trends shift.
• Support quarterly and annual GTM reviews with structured analyses.
• Contribute to capacity planning, quota setting, and stress testing assumptions.
• Maintain reporting for growth programs, flag outliers, and ensure data accuracy.
• Model scenarios for new/high-growth segments and rolling forecasts.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and scale analytical programs.
