Base360.ai is building an AI-driven operating system for short-term rental businesses. We are seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to reach property managers and turn interest into demo bookings and customers.

You will own growth channels end-to-end, set strategy, launch campaigns, and drive results. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic positioning and collaboration with the founder to scale the product’s market presence.

Formación

• Experience building growth engines for B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to generate qualified demand and customers.
• Ability to own channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own a growth channel end to end — strategy, campaigns, results.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings through paid, SEO, outbound, and partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and drivers for switching software.
• Run rapid experiments and scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, and content production.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from impression to demo booking.
