Medtronic in Bogotá is seeking a hybrid AI-enabled full-stack engineer and business analyst to partner with business stakeholders, translate complex problems into scalable solutions, and deliver full-stack web AI applications.

You will design backend services, APIs, databases, front-end interfaces, and deploy in AWS; knowledge of AWS, Python, React, and Generative AI is valued; healthcare experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in Python with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Strong front-end with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational DB design.
• Cloud experience, AWS preferred.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare/MedTech regulatory experience advantageous.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, or GitLab advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered web applications using full-stack technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and front-end interfaces.
• Develop Generative AI workflows using LLMs, OCR, and document intelligence.
• Deploy and support applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Implement secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements.
• Lead technical design and AI-enabled solution best practices.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across teams.
