Medtronic seeks a versatile professional to blend business analysis with full-stack development of AI-enabled web apps. You will translate business problems into scalable technical solutions and deliver end-to-end features in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate combines Python, React, and cloud experience with a strong focus on AI workflows, data security, and regulatory considerations within healthcare technology.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Front-end skills: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational DB design.
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs (OpenAI/Azure/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AWS services like Textract, Lambda, ECS/EKS is advantageous.
• Familiar with RAG, vector stores & semantic search.
• Healthcare/MedTech regulated experience advantageous.
• Agile methodologies and Jira/GitHub/GitLab advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Design and develop AI-powered full-stack web apps.
• Build back-end services, APIs, databases, and front-end UI.
• Develop Generative AI workflows using LLMs, OCR, and document intelligence.
• Deploy and support apps in AWS cloud.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
• Lead architecture decisions and best practices for AI solutions.
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally.
