Capgemini Engineering in Bogotá seeks a driven Technical Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, technology teams, and accounting operations within a healthcare and insurance environment. You will elicit and document requirements, translate them into detailed specifications and data mappings, support data migrations, and participate in UAT, with AI-assisted tooling to boost accuracy.

The role requires 4–6 years of BA experience, strong SQL and Jira skills, and the ability to operate

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, supporting software projects.
• Strong skills in SQL, data mapping, transformation logic, and Agile delivery using Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, document, and refine business and system requirements; translate into functional specs, user stories, and data mapping documents.
• Support health insurance platform enhancements, data migrations, billing processes, and integration activities.
• Perform advanced data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems and data sources.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog refinement, system demonstrations, and UAT; assist production issue analysis and root cause investigations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and user story development while ensuring quality and compliance.
