Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an AI Developer to own and ship the internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role focused on production systems, not model training.

You will implement agentic workflows with LangChain/LangGraph, integrate with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and build automation pipelines across WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace, and our CMS. You will work with an US-based team in an async setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Define and build agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrate with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Develop internal tools to reduce manual hours across design and development workflows.
• Create automation pipelines linking WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our CMS.

This is a builder role, not a research role. You will not be training models, you will be building production systems on top of them.
