Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in professional services.
• Experience owning delivery for a major capability with backlog management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product frameworks.
• Experience translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Roadmap creation and prioritization based on business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own and manage the product backlog for a product or major capability.
• Design analytics tools for niche business areas and guide complex solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs and pain points.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Support training and enablement for product adoption.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage integrations.
• Monitor emerging technologies for applicable business use.
