Job summary

Auxis is seeking a Product Manager II to own delivery outcomes for one or more internal products, translating business needs into well‑defined, shippable solutions. You will manage backlog quality, prioritize day‑to‑day work, and ensure features achieve expected business outcomes.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive roadmap execution in a fast‑paced professional services setting, fostering agility and innovation across LATAM and US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience owning delivery for a major capability, backlog management, and day-to-day prioritization.
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap from business priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of shippable features.
• Lead discovery sessions and communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Support product adoption, training, and change management across teams.
• Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform prioritization and improvements.
