Princess Cruises is seeking a 1st Commis Chef to join our galley team aboard our vessels. You will assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in delivering high-quality culinary experiences at sea.

Based in Colombia, this role requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience, a culinary education (preferred), and good English skills. You will work in a large multinational environment, adhere to safety standards, and participate in a vibrant welfare and learning program onboard.

Formación

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience as Commis Chef or similar role.
• Culinary education (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, presentation and preservation.
• Basic knowledge of Public Health, Food Safety and Sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a large multinational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in producing high-quality culinary experiences at sea.
• Understand international cuisine, recipes, processes and food safety practices.
• Adhere to company recipes, daily production schedules, and manage ingredient consumption to minimize food waste.
• Promote safety, compliance with international regulations and company standards, and maintain a harassment-free environment.
