The Nuclear Company is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead daily accounting operations, ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls during the close process.

Working with the Controller and the finance team, you will support budgeting, variance analysis, and the nuclear services segment reporting, with opportunity to drive process improvements in a rapidly scaling organization.

Formación

• Requires knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong financial analysis and account reconciliations.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Experience with month-end close and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with month-end close and financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations and AP/AR reviews.
• Support internal controls and compliance testing.
• Participate in budgeting and forecast processes.
• Support nuclear services segment reporting and project cost tracking.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide documentation.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
