Expro is seeking a Finance professional to ensure the finance process is managed in line with policy and local laws. The role supports month-end close and prepares balance sheets and reports, with VAT and WIP responsibilities as needed.

You will ensure data accuracy across systems, assist with debtor and cash management, and coordinate with internal and external departments to meet reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a recognised accounting qualification.
• 4+ years practical experience within a Finance environment.
• Proficient in using SAP or a similar Finance package.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Responsabilités

• Ensure all financial transactions are undertaken in a timely manner and compliant with company policies and legislation.
• Assist in preparation of the month-end close to meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare or assist in balance sheets and monthly reports with accruals, prepayments, etc., and analyze data for concerns.
• May be responsible for preparing VAT returns and reconciling work in progress accounts.
• Check data between systems for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• May assist with debtor/cash management and forecasting.
• Keep audit records up to date and assist auditors.
• Produce management reports per timetable and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with internal/external departments to ensure compliant finance processes and reporting.
• Liaise with team members to resolve queries promptly.
