One Touch Direct seeks an experienced Accountant to oversee accounting operations and lead the Accounting Analysts team in Bogotá. You will ensure the integrity of the general ledger, manage monthly and annual closings, and maintain full compliance with Colombian accounting standards and tax regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, a CPA with Tarjeta Profesional, and strong leadership and process-improvement skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Certified Public Accountant with a valid Professional License (Tarjeta Profesional)
• Postgraduate degree desirable
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Proven team leadership experience leading Accounting Analysts

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure integrity of the general ledger
• Lead the Accounting Analysts team and drive monthly and annual closings
• Ensure compliance with Colombian accounting standards and tax regulations

One Touch Direct is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our accounting operations and lead a team of Accounting Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, the monthly and annual closing processes, and ensuring full compliance with Colombian accounting standards and tax regulations.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Certified Public Accountant (Contador Público) with a valid Professional License (Tarjeta Profesional)
• Postgraduate degree desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in accounting areas
• Proven team leadership experience (this role leads the Accounting Analysts team)

Skills & Knowledge

• Solid knowledge of Colombian accounting standards and IFRS
• Strong understanding of tax and fiscal obligations in Colombia
• Hands-on experience with monthly and annual accounting closings
• Bank and balance-sheet account reconciliations
• Preparation and review of financial statements
• Familiarity with internal and external audit processes
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; QuickBooks required, BUK knowledge desirable
• English level: B2–C1
• Broad knowledge in balance-sheet account reconciliation, financial statements, tax, magnetic media (medios magnéticos), and payroll (nómina)

Compensation & Terms

Salary: $5,300,000 COP
Allowance: $500,000 COP
Commission: Not applicable
Work Location: Conecta 80, Bogotá
Schedule: 42 hours per week, 2 days off
