Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative in client conversations. You act as the strategic voice and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and more, handle bidding, testing, and conversion tracking. A proven ROAS/CPA track record and agency experience across multiple clients are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience with multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English for live US client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads and Meta for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain results to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
