Financial Control is responsible for directing the organization's financial control activities, including financial reporting and accounting. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining planning and budgeting systems, preparing financial and management reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
2. Analyzing and interpreting trends requiring management's attention.
3. Managing projects/processes independently, coaching, and reviewing work of lower-level professionals. Duties may also include training staff.

A Senior Specialist applies advanced knowledge of their field, typically gained through higher education and experience. Responsibilities may include managing projects, working independently, coaching, and handling complex problems.
