You will oversee vendor life cycles, perform due diligence, and ensure regulatory compliance across fintech partnerships. This contractor role offers cross‑functional collaboration with IT, Legal, and Compliance to uphold security and governance standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in vendor risk management, procurement, or third‑party compliance.
• Understanding of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GLBA, and BSA/AML regulatory guidance.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across IT, Legal and Compliance.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance productivity and research.

Responsabilidades

• Standards & Governance: establish and maintain third‑party risk standards with cross‑functional teams.
• Due Diligence & Monitoring: conduct vendor due diligence and ongoing monitoring for privacy and data protection.
• Documentation & Reporting: manage vendor risk documentation and reporting, inventory, onboarding/offboarding.
• Risk Assessment: perform day‑to‑day risk assessments for vendor criticality and inherent risks.
• Collaboration: work with Legal for contracts and with Information Security for safeguards.
• Issue Escalation: track and escalate risk events to senior leadership and partners.
