Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the banking core platform end-to-end. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk to shape ledger-driven money movement that underpins future Sezzle products.

You’ll drive discovery, architecture decisions, and detailed requirements, with authority over the platform roadmap. You should have 5–10 years in financial infrastructure product work, deep SQL skills, and hands-on experience with core banking

Formación

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• 5–10 years of product experience in financial infrastructure roles.
• Deep ownership of at least one area: ledgers, payments, card programs, deposits, or lending.

Responsabilidades

• Own the banking platform roadmap end-to-end for accounts, deposits, cards, and lending on a single ledger model.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options for core banking platforms and vendors.
• Define account hierarchies, sub-ledgers, posting rules, and general ledger integration.
• Specify money movement capabilities including transfers, real-time rails, and settlement.
• Ensure auditable systems with reporting, reconciliation, and controls for Finance and Regulators.
