Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to bridge strategy and execution in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will own delivery of data-driven, AI-powered payments products and collaborate with engineering, data, and design to ship high-quality features.

The role emphasizes translating vision into technical plans, deep systems knowledge, and measurable outcomes, with growth opportunities across a dynamic team.

Formación

• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
• 6-10 years of product experience in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
• Proven track record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows.
