Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to bridge strategy and execution in fintech, shopping, and AI-powered payments. You will connect vision with engineering, data, and design to deliver data-driven features and measurable outcomes.

You will own complex product documentation, release management, and KPI-driven analysis, partnering across teams to ship high-impact features in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

Formación

• 6–10 years of product experience in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying data independently.
• Experience with agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools or generative AI applications.

Responsabilidades

• Translate projects and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Constantly run A/B tests and experiments to drive measurable outcomes.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and stakeholders through clear communication and prioritization.
• Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies and manage them proactively.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to integrate intelligence and automation into workflows.
