Olympus Corporation in Chile seeks a senior sales representative to drive product sales and service, grow market share, and mentor junior reps. Manage a defined territory, build relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital management, and stay current on the healthcare industry to meet sales goals while following Olympus policies.

Formación

• Travel as required to designated territory.
• Bachelor's degree in business/sciences or related field (or equivalent knowledge).
• At least 3 years of prior sales or marketing experience.
• Minimum 8 months as an Olympus Associate Sales Representative, plus one year of sales experience.
• Preferred: bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsabilidades

• Create sales within a defined customer base by promoting division products and services.
• Maintain territory performance meeting sales objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management and endoscopic services.
• Provide after-sale service: installation, training, troubleshooting.
• Input to sales manager and BU leader as requested.
• Develop and maintain territory customer and competitive databases.
• Attend trade shows and seminars to demonstrate Olympus equipment and expand customer base.
• Mentor sales representatives from other territories as needed.
• Travel to other Olympus locations or countries as needed.
• Perform other related duties.
