Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or engineering role within a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting REST APIs using cURL and Postman.
• Clear written and verbal English communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers and partners via Salesforce tickets and live sessions.
• Perform deep troubleshooting at the application level using monitoring and logs; escalate to Engineering with clear reproduction steps.
• Serve as communications liaison during 24/7 on-call rotations and update status pages during incidents.
