Statkraft seeks a Sustainability Manager Chile to lead the integrated sustainability function across environmental, social and human rights aspects from project development through operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage impacts, risks and opportunities, and embed sustainability into business decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in environmental or social management.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in environmental assessment, permitting and compliance.
• Experience in social management, community engagement and stakeholder risk management.
• Knowledge of Chilean environmental and social legislation.
• Experience in multinational/matrix organisations and budgets.
• Advanced written and spoken Spanish and English.

• Lead sustainability strategy delivery across environmental and social management.
• Oversee environmental assessment, permitting strategies and compliance.
• Lead social management and community engagement strategy with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice on sustainability risks and opportunities.
