Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering and 10+ years of mining engineering experience.
• Experience working in consulting or EPCM environments on multidisciplinary mining projects.
• Proficiency with industry-standard mine planning and scheduling software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing technical workstreams, and delivering client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support technical delivery for mining studies including PEA, Prefeasibility Studies, and Feasibility Studies.
• Manage mining engineering workstreams, including scope development, scheduling, and coordination of deliverables.
• Collaborate with geology, geotechnical, processing, environmental, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions, and opportunities throughout project execution.
• Support mentoring and development of junior and mid-level mining engineers within project teams.
