FinOps Weekly is seeking a Technology Cost Management Analyst to oversee IT financial processes, including cost distribution, accruals, and budget alignment across IT and Finance. You will code and review SAP invoices, manage cost reallocations, and support cloud service cost tracking.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, strong Excel and ERP experience, and clear communication with global teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost transparency across the organization.

Formación

• Requires expert-level Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP system.
• Ability to run advanced queries in General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
• Ability to export and review data from Accounts Receivable for analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Track vendor invoices against purchase orders.
• Code and review invoices in SAP.
• Perform monthly cost reclassifications across cost centers and service periods.
• Redistribute software licensing reservation costs to users.
• Reclassify US IMACD purchases and corporate card transactions.
• Complete monthly accruals and review PO and invoice logs.
• Budget analysis and cost comparisons; support cost distribution processes.
