FinOps Weekly seeks an IT Financial Controller to join the IT Management Control team in Santiago. You will steer the economic performance of the IT department, partner with IT Directors, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings with accuracy and timeliness.

You will supervise one Management Controller, drive performance reviews, and contribute to AI-enabled improvements in management control processes and tools.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or Business.
• 7–10 years of experience in management control, ideally in an IT or project environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and financial consolidation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Leadership and team-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and summarization abilities.
• Rigor and autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the IT department.
• Consolidate IT financial data, including Capex, Opex, payroll, external services, licenses, and outsourcing costs.
• Produce and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and business review materials.
• Prepare economic analyses to support management decisions and budget arbitration.
• Support IT departments in managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with IT Directors and their teams.
• Challenge budget assumptions and projected year-end results.
• Conduct financial analyses and ad hoc studies.
• Contribute to consolidated reporting, budget and forecast consolidation, and monthly closing activities, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and recharges.
• Monitor payroll, headcount, and external costs.
• Ensure the quality of financial data in management tools, including Abraxio, HFM, and the ERP.
• Organize, prioritize, and allocate activities within the team.
• Support the development of the Management Controller.
• Drive continuous improvement of management control processes and tools, including through the use of artificial intelligence.
