Advantage - Active Jobs is seeking a Project Engineer - Solar PV to lead performance and optimization activities for Solar PV assets across the Americas. The role combines field engineering, performance analysis, and investigations to maximize energy production and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Energy Engineering, hands-on field experience with solar assets, and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Experience with utility-scale Solar PV plants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support performance, reliability, and optimization activities for Solar PV assets in the Americas.
• Conduct performance analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead or support root cause investigations related to inverter failures, trackers, and plant control systems.
• Deliver technical services for Solar PV and hybrid assets including BESS.
• Collaborate with asset managers, performance managers, and operations teams.
