Signant Health seeks a Service Delivery Specialist - Technology IT in Santiago to provide IT support for a global end-user community, including remote workers. You will handle incident management, deployment of services, and training for IT members and users.

The role covers service design, testing, documentation, and acting as an escalation point for owned services, with travel as required and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, equal-opportunity workplace.

Formación

• Associates degree in computer science or communications.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in IT support, additional experience in leading a support team.
• Knowledge of Azure active directory, BitLocker and Defender ATP.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2012/2016/2019, Mac OSX.
• Knowledge of Office 365 environment including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with deployment of smartphones (Android/iOS).
• Strong training development skills, communicating complex technical matters clearly.
• Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Must be a team-oriented person with good communications, interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Incident management & project participation – Providing IT support for the global end user community, including remote workers. This involves device support and deployment, lifecycle management, end user training, administration of collaboration services and other business applications.
• Training - Assist in the development of service-based training for both IT members and the wider user community
• Project Participation - Assist in deployment of new services working within assigned project teams.
• Security and Compliance – Work with the service security team via incident logging to ensure all end user devices are kept compliant.
• Service ownership – Including service design, testing and documentation, you will be required to serve as an escalation point for all issues pertaining to one or several owned services within the service catalog. This includes the road mapping and development of that service.
• Travel as necessary

You’ll need to bring:
