• 5+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus).
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide clear expectations and feedback to team of Content Producers.
• Proficient in various video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles.
• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and teach others.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with strategists and design leads on assigned accounts. Clearly communicate delivery timelines and next steps with the design lead and strategist.
• Work closely with the design lead on design expectations for video content. Update the briefs provided by design to ensure editing excellence from editors.
• Own creative oversight for UGC video editing.
• Be the point of contact for any post-production questions within client book.
• Recommend performance iterations for high grow clients based on video performance.
• Own the organization of all client projects and brand folders so content is clearly showcased per client.
• Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts.
• Follow department workflows and best practices for project management and file organization.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
• Sufficient QA that results in no errors that would yield a negative impact to revenue for clients.
• On time for all deliverables & launches.
