ContourGlobal PLC is seeking a Valuation Sr. Specialist to join the Valuation Team within the Finance function. You will evaluate strategic initiatives, M&A transactions, and business development opportunities with meticulous analysis and clear communication.

This role requires strong model-building skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment. Travel up to 30% may be required. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years in financial modelling and valuation; energy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform financial valuation of investment opportunities using DCF and multiples.
• Valuate M&A and BD opportunities with applicable methods.
• Analyze investment assumptions and maintain a clear record of changes.
• Identify investment risks and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare documentation for investment approval processes.
• Coordinate external advisors in financial modelling work.
• Participate in Development Optimization meetings for assigned projects.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a team setting.
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal tax laws and energy regulation.
