Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) is seeking a Senior Analyst for SF and M&A to support Latam operations from Chile. You will build robust financial models, support debt and equity processes, and prepare investment materials for diverse stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Finance background, 5+ years in corporate finance or project finance in renewables, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes analytical rigor and collaboration across Finance, Technical, Legal, and Advisors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or quantitative/technical field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA coding.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrable financial modelling experience.
• 5+ years in corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance, or debt structuring in renewables.

Responsabilidades

• Build financial models for debt financing, project valuation and asset sale processes.
• Support due diligence and investment processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and draft presentations and investment materials for various audiences.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
