Arcadia Power, Inc. seeks a highly collaborative Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in Santiago, Chile, with a hybrid remote-first approach. You will develop backend services in C#/.NET and REST, and craft responsive frontend features in React/TypeScript for both customers and internal users.

You will design data models, run efficient SQL queries, and build reliable, event-driven integrations using Service Bus or equivalent messaging systems. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in software engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern HTML/CSS.
• Solid backend fundamentals in C#/.NET and API design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship backend services and APIs (C#/.NET, REST).
• Develop frontend features in React/TypeScript with accessible UI.
• Model and optimize data in SQL and migrations as volume grows.
• Implement event-driven integrations using messaging (Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Own features end-to-end from design to production support.
• Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Instrument services with logging, metrics, and alerts; troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and US-based engineers across time zones in English.
