Qualifications

• 8+ years professional software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS with distributed components.
• Experience designing to latency budgets (p95/p99) with synchronous durable commits in hot paths.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems (append-only logs, versioned models, deterministic replay).
• Experience architecting secure multi-tenant environments and evaluating tradeoffs (RLS vs schema-per-tenant).
• Expertise with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and Row-Level Security at data-architecture level.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and SDK integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive end-to-end architecture for complex systems in AWS.
• Lead architecture reviews and document decisions (ADRs).
• Mentor engineers and uphold technical standards across teams.
• Collaborate with clients to define architecture and delivery roadmaps.
• Ensure security, compliance, and multi-tenant considerations in designs.
