DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Tech Lead to steer enterprise ServiceNow transformations across LATAM.

You will lead delivery teams, shape solution architecture, and ensure governance across ITSM, ITOM, and Observability, while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders. Required are 5–7+ years IT experience and 5+ years ServiceNow consulting; CSA certification is mandatory.

Formación

• CSA required; mandatory for role.
• Strong ServiceNow platform development and scripting experience.
• Extensive ITSM configuration and customization across modules.
• ITOM implementation and support with Observability.
• Integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs via MID Server.
• CMDB governance, architecture, and admin.
• Workflow and automation design using Flow Designer.
• Solution architecture and enterprise design experience.
• Familiarity with Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and solution architecture.
• Configure and customize ITSM suite including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB and Asset.
• Implement and support ITOM with Observability.
• Develop integrations via REST/SOAP/APIs and MID Server.
