Olympus Chile is seeking an experienced Repair Operations leader to drive state‑of‑the‑art repair quality and performance. You will manage the repair leaders, align with the global guidelines, and optimize workforce capacity while reducing costs.

The role includes budgeting, supporting quotes, and overseeing training and updates to maintain high patient care standards. The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background, 10+ years in related roles, fluent English and native Spanish, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Spanish - native level writing and speaking.
• English - good level writing and speaking.
• Office 365 tools - good level as user.
• MBA in industrial / production management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair operations and ensure compliance with Olympus Global Guidelines.
• Direct repair leaders to improve engagement, performance and reduce turnover.
• Prepare capacity plan and coordinate with HR and General Manager to avoid disruptions.
• Create and manage the Repair site budget to meet service contracts SLAs.
• Support Customer Service with repair quotes, detailing root cause and info needs.
• Oversee Skill Map and training plans to ensure required skills for each task.
• Manage Service Bulletins and technical updates with the repair team.
